Welcome to my little blog where, together, we'll celebrate nature's best produce, delicious, hearty home cooking and, every now and then, some classy, sumptuous, restaurant-style recipes!
Since this is a blog (and not a website!), I'm obliged to post all topics, recipes and all, in just one page: that I have called "My Cuisine".
You'll also find another page called "Kitchen Tips". Although I'm not THAT well-versed in the culinary industry, and I certainly do not consider myself "a kitchen expert", yet I'm learning. So, I thought it would be nice if I occasionally shared a tip or two of what I've learned with you.
But what if you wanted to read certain topics, and ignore all the others?
That's easy. Topic-specific "Labels" appear on the right-side bar. All you have to do is select a label to view it's content of topics.
I've got four labels so far:
- Food Inspirations
- Recipes
- Spices and Aromats
- The Mediterranean Cuisine
All topics ("posts" to be using blogging jargon accurately!) are listed chronologically, from the newest to the oldest, under the "Blog Archive" category, also on the right-side bar.
The last page in my blog is the one you're already reading: "Navigating My Blog", in which I'll keep you up to date with any changes I make to the layout of my blog.
I hope you'll enjoy reading this blog as much as I enjoy writing it.
